Positive: Nous n’avons pas pu accéder à l’appartement faute de maîtrise du propriétaire des accès à l’immeuble. Nous avons patienter près de 3 heures et le propriétaire ne souhaitait pas annuler la réservation. Il souhaitait que nous le fassions et que nous assumions les frais d’annulation. Nous sommes en échange avec Booking pour résoudre le problème et Booking affirme après discussion avec le propriétaire qu’il n’y a eu aucun problème. Negative: Nous n’avons pas accéder à l’appartement et avons dû payer.

The best location/ Positive: The The manager Mr. Mohsin very helpful man gave us the keys and explications about the appartement. The location is great just a few minutes walk to Burj Khalifa. The balcony gives a wonderful view to the downtown and is sunny. The appartement is big with nice, very clean and has comfortable beds. The kitchen has all you need. The swimming pool on the 5th floor gives a perfect view to Burj Khalifa. Negative: Nothing to complain.

Positive: Before arriving at the location, all the necessary information was provided in a very professional manner. Early check-in made our first day in Dubai very enjoyable. Mr. Mohsin welcomed us very warmly and provided information about the room and surroundings. What I can say about the apartment is that it is in a perfect location and is a spacious apartment with all the necessary equipment. Negative: Nothing
